Booking with Everstrange Floral and Events starts with a FaceTime call where we chat about your vision and talk through your budget. From there, you’ll complete a series of questionnaires that help us map out the details and bring your ideas into focus.
Once we have a clear plan, we’ll send you a digital contract to secure your date. To officially hold the date, a payment of one-fourth of the total fee is required. The remaining balance can be made in monthly payments or lump sums, with the full amount due 90 days before your event.

Yes! Even if you already have a venue or a few vendors in mind, Everstrange can take care of the rest. Our all-inclusive package allows us to handle the heavy lifting by booking and coordinating all of your vendors, as well as providing staffing for setup, bartending, DJ services, photography, cake, catering, floral design, day-of coordination, and cleanup. This way you get one seamless, stress-free experience while we bring every detail of your vision together.

Whether you simply need help creating a timeline or you want us to plan the entire celebration, we’ll tailor our services to fit your needs. Our floral designs can range from simple, minimal arrangements to large-scale installations — giving you the flexibility to create a day that matches both your vision and your budget.

We happily serve couples within about an hour of Little Rock, Arkansas. This includes Cabot, Conway, Searcy, Hot Springs, and surrounding areas. If your celebration is a little farther away, just reach out — we’re always open to the conversation and love discovering new venues.
